Launch week is a chaotic time and I won't be able to get to everyone's questions. I'm handling everything on my own from creating content, packaging, customer service.

Of course you can! Please fill out this Combine Orders form & you will receive an email confirmation in 3-5 business days that your orders have been combined.

Shipping fees refunds will appear on your cards in 3-10 business days.

No problem! Please fill out this Address correction form and I will correct current address into the proper one before sending out your package.

Please make sure to double check at the end of the form if everything is correct because I don't send address confirmations emails.

Please be patient with small businesses.

It usually takes 1-3 weeks for me to get to people's orders because I package numerically of who checked out first.
Keep in mind I package everything on my own with the occasional help of loved ones.

I only package about 90-150 orders per day.

My apologies for the inconvenience! I must of read the order wrong or forgot to put the proper item in. Don't worry, contact me then I'll walk you through the steps of getting the correct order.

My apologies for the inconvenience, there must have been a problem with the method of payment, the USPS doesn't allow me to ship to your country (please look at FAQ) or you haven't responded to my email after 14 days regarding an order error.

Please contact me and we'll figure out the best solution. Sold out items can not be switched with or items of different value. You can only switch with available versions of the item.
