Launch week is a chaotic time and I won't be able to get to everyone's questions. I'm handling everything on my own from creating content, packaging, customer service.
Of course you can! Please fill out this Combine Orders form & you will receive an email confirmation in 3-5 business days that your orders have been combined.
Shipping fees refunds will appear on your cards in 3-10 business days.
No problem! Please fill out this Address correction form and I will correct current address into the proper one before sending out your package.
Please make sure to double check at the end of the form if everything is correct because I don't send address confirmations emails.

It usually takes 1-3 weeks for me to get to people's orders because I package numerically of who checked out first.
Keep in mind I package everything on my own with the occasional help of loved ones.
I only package about 90-150 orders per day.
